Kim – A qualified Montessori Primary and Early Years Teacher from Ireland. Kim always wanted to be a teacher since she was 3 years old and has been working within the education sector for over 10 years.
She is very passionate about forest school and it’s child centered approach to education. Kim is a passionate Head Teacher who believes children have a right to a childhood full of nature, imagination, creativity, fun and friends. She aims to empower children to make their own choices, explore their own interests and develop their ability to explore the world around them.
Kim loves travelling and spending time with her husband and two young children.

Sarah - A Montessori Primary School Teacher and forest school leader who believes in outdoor education. Sarah spent a lot of time outdoors as a child in Ireland. She is passionate about giving children the opportunity to learn at their own pace. Sarah loves the outdoors and believes that children need to be given the opportunity to explore and learn through the natural environment.
Deputy Manager and Forest School Teacher
Euphrasie - A highly experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. Euphrasie has been working with children aged 0-5 years for the last 18 years. She loves working with children as she finds their ability to explore the world around them, learn about new experiences and develop new skills very interesting. She loves to contribute to each child's development and create positive experiences for them. In her spare time she enjoys to read, swim and travel with her own children.

Ade- an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher and Forest School Teacher who is committed to supporting children’s learning and development through engaging, hands-on experiences. She is passionate about creating inclusive and nurturing environments where children feel confident to explore, investigate, and learn at their own pace. Ade values the benefits of outdoor learning and enjoys helping children build resilience, independence, and a connection with the natural world. Her calm and encouraging approach fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love of discovery, enabling every child to thrive and reach their full potential.

Sophie - An energetic forest school teacher who is passionate about fostering a reciprocal relationship with nature and learning practical skills to live more sustainably. Sophie loves supporting children in the early years and has just completed her Level 3 in Childcare with School Outdoors Dulwich. She loves gardening and has passed her passion onto our forest children children. Sophie is currently doing her L3 Forest School Leader course.

Leonie's enthusiasm for forest school activities is likely to be contagious, and is inspiring the children to develop a love for nature and the outdoors that will last a lifetime.
